The Arakan Rohingya National Organisation (ARNO) sends its deepest condolences and prayers to the people affected by the devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria on February 6, 2023. As of writing, the death toll in Turkey stands at 6,234 with 37,011 reported injured, and the combined death toll in both countries currently stands at 8,704, expected to rise further.

ARNO has organized special prayers for the victims worldwide and urges its members to support in any way they can. There are numerous organizations on the ground working tirelessly to assist the victims and find survivors. ARNO encourages donations to the following organizations to aid in their efforts:
